The Service

CareerSnap uses AI to generate a career infographic from information you provide. You review and customize the result, and we deliver it to you by email.

Your content

• You may only submit information you own or have the right to use, and it must be accurate and lawful.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit and of the final infographic we deliver, which you may use for your personal and professional purposes.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service, and to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve it.

AI-generated output

The Service uses AI, which can produce errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing your infographic before using it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including employment results.

Payments

• Prices are shown before checkout (e.g., $4.99 Snapshot; $9.99 with 30-day editing; $19.99 Pro, which adds every color and removes the CareerSnap footer). Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Editing access is time-limited (30 days) as described at the time of purchase.
• You can see an AI-written preview of your snapshot before paying. Part of it is hidden until you purchase.

Refunds & 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email [email protected] (or reply to your kit email) within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. A refund ends any editing access for that snapshot. If something goes wrong at any time, for example a failed delivery or rendering error, let us know and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its rate limits.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
